This company has taken $NZ54.99 from my account without permission - this is theft & I want it returned immediately. I do not have AVG I have Norton & AVG is meant to be free anyway. What right have you to do this? and how have you got my Visa number? I will be going to the bank to sort this illegal taking out of my account. Your company needs to replace this immediately!!! I will have to get the police involved if this is not sorted!
