Why, I can't to registering AVG PC TuneUp

I am sorry to hear that. It seems you have installed a different version of AVG PC Tuneup which cannot be activated with the license. When I installing program finish, It show “ AVG PC TuneUp cannot be installed” and information supported “ You already have another AVG product on your computer that is incompatible with the incompatible with the one you are trying to install”  and  last paragraph “For more information, contract Customer Support for help.” after it is can't register
so, how I will do it.
