I bought the product on 18/07/17 but never use, because don't know how get the programm to install
in my computer, I quit and wasted one year's subscription of US34.99. But I never expect that you
can renew it without my consent with double of the first price: US69.99 and direct using my credit card to pay for it.
Now I still don't know how to install it, and only just now I found the cancellation process page
and get it cancelled but only for the next expiry year 2019.
What shall I do now, can I get refund of US69.99 since I never even try to install it?
