My main PC is now working OK,m although I'm not entirely sure why it's started working now as I've done nothing since the last reinstallation of AVG. However, the same problem appeared on my laptop. SO…I uninstalled AVG Tune Up Utilities, rebooted the laptop, ran TuneUp_Remover again, rebooted the laptop. Reinstalles AVG ZEN, logged into my existing network and then let it install AVG PC TuneUP. Finally it's working with both machines.
I think the key thing would be to uninstall any previous version of TuneUp Utilities and run the remover BEFORE event attempting to install AVG version.
From the posts and other questions posed, I know I'm not alone in this. Perhaps the AVG part of PC Tune Up installation needs to be looked at more thoroughly.
Fingers crossed it continues to work.
Hi Zbynek - I tried that and I am still getting the "FULL PERFORMANCE HAS EXPIRED" message when i click on performance - any other ideas?
I have the same problem. I have 3 PC's, 2 are running Performance Pro fine, but the 3rd gets the same message you do. I have deleted Zen and Tune-Up 4 times with a restart each time. Then I log into my AVG acct and download it from there. When I start it, I get the trial expired msg. My subscription is good until 9/9/15.
Hi Shane,
Please provide us with screenshot so we can better understand what issue you are dealing with.
Thanks
I have the same problem - Expiry Sept 26, 2015 I will follow the links above

I have followed the responses shown in Michael Krotz post of 21st August, 2014 to try and solve exactly the same problem. My licence for AVG Performance PRO is paid up until 11th September, 2015, but I'm being told by the software that my trial version has expired.
I followed the instructions in link (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Protection-or-Performance-subscription-expired-after-installation-of-another-product&l=en_US), but this didn't work. I then uninstalled both AVG PC TuneUp, and AVG Zen and restarted the machine. I then downloaded TuneUp_Remover.exe and ran it to remove any residual stuff following that by restarting the machine again. Reinstallation of AVG Performance PRO seemed to go well, I logged into my existing account and it picked up the details, but once the download and installation of AVG PCTuneUp had completed, the product launched and told me the my trials perido have expired.
Can you please advise me of the solution so that I can actually use the AVG Performance PRO product that I purchased. This appears to be a retrograde step from PC TuneUp Utilities which always installed and upgraded without hitch.
I look forward to you posting a solution.
Regards
Tim Harrison

Hi Shane,

Thanks
