Guy, When you installed the product that you'd purchased are you sure that you used the correct install file?. Most of the products have a 'fully paid for' & a '30 day trial' version. Otherwise, When available, A member of the official AVG Community Support in Brno (http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=190509) will see your topic & respond.
