Hi Richard,
Our expertise are limited to AVG. We're glad to look into this & help you.
There are several reasons for this to happen such as files in USB are corrupted, are infected with malware, are unknowingly hidden or automatically moved by a program without user acknowledgement.
In this regard, you can run a USB/DVD scan using AVG or right click on USB drive to scan using AVG.
Alternately, you can also try connecting the USB to a different computer to check before formatting the USB once.
I not sure why but my USB Drive keeps getting my files delete when I eject it?
Not sure what AVG Program is do or how can I stop it?
Any suggestion appreciated.
I think it the AVG Tuneup or the AVG Internet Security.
