Thank you for your reply, it is pleasing to know that it is being investigated. I will continue to keep AVG on some of my machines awaiting a response.
A few days ago I raised a point regarding two AVGUI.EXE appearing in task manager after the recent update and was assurred before the weekend that my question would be answered at a higher level because you could not answer it.
I have had no messages from your higher department , you are ignoring what I consider an important matter. Please see my original post in the "AVG Protection" section of this forum.
I am beginning to think AVG/AVAST don't care about their customers. That is putting it politely.
Please give me a detailed answer !

On one of my machines I thought I would try your other product (Avast). I removed AVG completely and I now have two Avastui.exe in task manager !
I still have several with AVG and am anxious for some kind of response from your people

Balasubramanian your reply stated it would take time for your higher level to reply, can you give some indication of the time period involved ?
