Dear AVG Representative,
I purchased the AVG Ultimate 2015 from newegg.com with invoice # 125319010 on Mar/25/2015. Then, have it registered with AVG on Mar/29/2015. However, my account reported "You have been downgraded to AVG Performance FREE because your subscription was canceled or expired." I was just wondering why or was there anything else that I need to perform on my part. Please, advise.
