Why, when I use MSN on Windows 10 Microsoft 'Clock' App ceases the sound option with the 'alarm?'

While using Windows 10 OS I use Microsoft Software ‘Clock’ app with sound. However, after going to MSN News web page the 'sound is cut out and the reminder appears only in ‘Notification folder’ (Windows).
