Why Won't AVG Show Me What It Found?

I'm going to try redownloading AVG and see if that fixes the problems I am having.

When I conducted my initial scan of my computer, the program found 11 medium level threats but was not able to remove them. I attempted to look at what they were, however no information showed up. Did AVG do anything to the malicious files or did it assume I would know where to look and how to remove them?
