Hello Jeremy,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Actually this avgsysx.dll component shouldn't be causing the issue with your web mail account.
May I know how did you confirm that the AVG program is causing the issue with your web mail account?
We can see that you have posted another post for the same issue where you mentioned that you have tried using remover tool by calling our technical support and later you searched about this issue and found that it should be done on safe mode.
Actually the remover tool should be used on normal mode, if the issue persists, we would request the customers to run it on safe mode.
Yesterday, after the avgsysx.dll was not found on one of my computers I moved to a rarely used backup Windows 7 computer and found that I could not access my web mail account (on 1and1). I got a used name/password error message. I can access my account from Windows XP, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 computers.
As a PROFESSIONAL software designer I do not appreciate the buggy nature of AVG software.
The problem with the web mail is separate from the missing component - it was on a different computer. So two problems with AVG on different computers. The missing component meat that AVG did not start and so I did not use that computer to access the internet and my webmail account - I tried to do that on a different computer. I've now checked and can access my webmail account on two further computers. Both problems occured after updating AVG.

Thank you for informing that your issues on both computer is resolved.
Thank you for informing that the issue occurred only after updating the AVG program.
Were you using the older 2015 version of AVG Internet security on both of the PC's?
