Like multiple users listed before this issue is still ongoing.
I am using a Windows 8.1 Surface Pro.
I have contacted you guys, sent multiple emails with 'screenshots', where I get told I need to update my 'version' (which is currently a paid professional multiuser version, which is 'updated' daily) despite constantly seesawing between 'your version is out-of-date'and 'you are up-to-date' messages popping up on a daily basis.
Is there a fix / patch for this issue, or should I utilise some other anti-virus programme for this issue?
Also, as it seems to be an error for many, is it worth you posting a general fix message?
