How can I remove all win64:dropper-gen (drp) Trojan viruses.
Hello. I followed all of the insturctions in your responce. They did not remove the virus or stop the pop up from AVG Internet Security about the win64:dropper-gen (drp) Trojan virus. I am at a loss with this.
I don't know if my personal information is being stolen, tracked or what ever. Please help if you can. Thank you. Charlie Johnson

You can also disable AVG components (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components) and try to connect with our support Chat.

No. I got an AVG Internet Security alert pop up saying the threat was quarantined. I had contacted AVG support chat and was being helped by a support tech. They got to the point of re-booting my computer but when they did re-boot it, I lost all contace with AVG support and have not been able to re-connect to AVG support. I have the AVG pop up alert on my desk top if that is helpful.
