Windows fax and scan no longer works since running Pc Tuneup.
The error says "Windows Fax and Scan cannot run as it cannot access your documents folder. Please ensure that Windows Fax and Scan can access that folder"
Has anyone any ideas as to how this can be achieved?
I have tried deleting Fax and Scan from "Turn Windows features on and off" but this didn't work. I have tried moving the Documents folder [which is in the correct place] to the root directory for C [my main drive] but this didn't work either.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
