Windows 10 no longer seeing networked Drobo 5N, 5N2 thru AVG Firewall

Hi Mark,

We will certainly check this for you.

Can you please let us know what is the Drobo? Also share us the screenshot of the program to check from our end.

Also share us the screenshot of the changes that you have made under AVG Firewall to check and assist you further.

If possible provide us the screenshot of the network time out error for verification.

Windows 10 Home and the Drobo dashboard used to connect and show a networked Drobo 5N and a Drobo 5N2. Yesterday, I discovered my computer no longer sees either one. I tried:

- Disabling AVG Enhanced Firewall (Windows Defender Firewall is off)
- Disabling Nord VPN
- Restarting the computer after disabling AVG Enhanced Firewall and Nord VPN
- Looking for the missing drives in Windows Disk Management (they're no longer there)

None of these made any difference - the computer doesn't see the networked Drobos for ANY copmbination of enablred or disabled firewall or VPN.

The addresses used by the networked Drobos are in the Firewall's "Friends" range. And I can use the FileBrowser app on my iPad Pro to see network address and connect to both networked Drobos.

The FileBrowser app doesn't connect the iPad to my computer anymore, however - it throws a Socket timeout error when I try to connect. And the iPad's FileExplorer Pro app doesn't see my computer anymore either - it throws a system timeout error.

My Windows computer is able to reach the internet through the ASUS LAN router and connected DSL modem. It looks like the computer is isolated from the rest of the local network for some reason.

*** Any ideas about what I need to fix? ***
