I have a new PC from NOVATECH in Portsmouth which has Windows 10 loaded. When I commenced using the system a number of problems emerged and I discovered a download CD still in the disc reader.
The PC was returned to Novatech who explained that there were driver issues with my machine and this had been solved by removing "PC Tune Up" from the PC. Problem solved.
Whilst I was loading previous programs onto the new machine I was directed to download a product from "REIMAGE" to correct further issues. The system is now stable and working satisfactorily.
I am now puzzled by the current set up which seems to be performing better without AVG "PC Tune UP". I still have AVG Internet Security Protection loaded which I hope is protecting my system from external malicious attacks.
May I have your comments on the issues raised by the new Win 10 operating system and the new programs inbstalled…
