Did you successfully install and activate the product on your PC?
I've purchased and used AVG for years. Today I had to perform a system reboot on one of my laptops. As such, I needed to reinstall AVG. When I reached out to customer service for help in locating my activation code or lic number I got a really nasty email stating they can't find any record of me in the system. Your customer service needs to get their act together. I found my activation code and lic number. Due to lack of professional support, I don't know that I will renew with AVG next spring when this activation code expires. I expected more from AVG.
