Windows 10 - WSL - Ubuntu

Windows 10.v.2004 - Windows Sub-System for Linux
AVG Internet Security => 20.6.3135 (build 20.6.5495.588)

I installed Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on my windows box but the AVG firewall is blocking it. 
To run *sudo apt update* I have to manually turn-off the AVG firewall which is not ideal.

Can someone please direct me how to add this to the firewall rules (and appropriate rules) so I do not have to touch the AVG firewall when using Ubuntu?

Hello Russell.
Do you mean you have both Windows 10 and Ubuntu operating systems installed on your PC?
Does AVG firewall block you from loading Ubuntu?
