Hi. I have a Windows 7 (Home Premium) computer that had not been used in several years. AVG 2012 is on it. I ran AVG 2012, it said that many files, including several Windows dll files were trojan horses. I foolishly quarantined those files. The computer rebooted and started just fine, but now every program will not work including IE, Google Chrome, AVG 2012 etc. The problem is "The program can't start because COMCTL32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". COMCTL32.dll must have been quarantined. I can't access the internet, run the Windows troubleshooter or try to reinstall programs because of the missing file(s). I don't have a rescue disk. How can I get those files out of quarantine or fix the computer in a different way? Thank you
