Windows 8 Parental controls and AVG

Hello Sagir. Thank you so much for your kindness even at this time of inconvenience. I truly appreciate your patience for the resolution. Please do not worry, we will definitely take care of that. Were you provided with any case number when your issue was escalated using SysInfo? If so, could you please provide me the case number so that I will look into it and let you know the status or provide you our higher level tech remote assistance if needed. Thank you.

Am using a Windows 8 desktop system at home, with 1 administrator and two child accounts, with parental control enabled.

Last month, I upgraded from AVG 2013 to AVG internet security 2015.  After this installation, am unable to log in to the child accounts- as soon as I log in, system will crash with a blue screen.   Once AVG is disabled, system is working fine.  With AVG on and parental control disabled also, everythinig is perfect.

Tried uninstalling and installing AVG, as recommended by AVG chat agent but of no use.  Sysinfo was collected by the support team two weeks ago but am yet to get a resolution.

Any ideas?
