Hello all - a bit of a question here. I'm helping out someone with creating backups of her PC files but yesterday I noticed a bit of a problem. Namely her Windows 10 PC didn't backup her My Documents folder (it did backup Downloads). Is it possible that AVG interferes with the workings of Windows Backup in this regard?
I'm aware of the file shield, but I thought that protection was tailored to preventing the working of viruses and such and that it shouldn't interfere with backups. Is anyone here aware of any potential issues in this regard with AVG or should I be looking at Microsoft for this?

We are glad to clarify you. Normally AVG program does not block the process of taking backup. However, if you think AVG causing it, you can try to disable the program and check the status.
