Windows browser too slow

Hi Brian.
We'd be glad to look into this.
You can contact our customer care from our official support website: https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=en
However, we'd be glad to assist you on this channel since you reached us here.
It is unlikely that AVG TuneUp slows down Microsoft Edge.
I'd request you to undo the changes made by AVG TuneUp on your PC and verify this issue.

The Rescue Center allows you to undo certain changes made by AVG TuneUp. To access the Rescue Center, click the undo icon on the right side of the AVG TuneUp interface. You can view a list of actions and click Undo next to any action you want to reverse.

I am running Edge Version 83.0.478.54 (Official build) (64-bit) Windows 10 build 18362.900.
Since buying and running AVG Tune up, the web browser has almost ground to a halt, and it is not enabling me to open downloads. Sometimes opening a browser page is so slow it times out. What can I do. Even getting to post the question is taking 20+ minutes. It is intolerable. I don't know how to contact AVG. I am in UK.

Thank you for updating the status.
If you experience the issue again, do contact us immediately.
Have a great day!

Avast, you were right, I undid the actions, and the browser was still slow. I then noticed that there had been a Windows update, so I re-booted, and all seems to be working OK. I then redid the Tune up fixes, and it is still OK.
I am however grateful to have a route to the official support website, which I couldn't find (also bear in mind the web pages were freezing).
Thank you
