I just posted the same thing, but I do not want to get rid of the pop up, I want to fix the problem by getting the files back I seein AVG Vault it thought was a virus and removed. I clicked to reinstal the CLIENT files but no good.
I have the same problem, but I can't find any task with "client.exe" in the path name, and there is nothing with "Rocket" in the name either. I'm not sure what I should be deleting to make the popup go away, but it is annoying.
Is is dangerous to do nothing about this? I noticed you said it wasn't a virus, but does that take away any danger?
Hello Mary. Thank you for contacting us. Please be informed that it is not a virus but a missing file while in your start up programs. To get rid of the error message, simply delete the scheduled task.
Click the Start button, Accessories, System Tools, Task Scheduler.
Once in Task Scheduler you must drill down to Task Scheduler to find Client.exe
Delete the scheduled task that runs Client.exe.

Why is AVG not picking up on this window that opens on my desktop when I turn my computer on. Isn't it a virus?
Hello Travis. In your case I would recommend you to start with uninstalling of all unknown/unused programs and browser addons. If you still receive any popups, please click on start–>Run, type in as "MSConfig" and hit enter. Msconfig window will get opened up and select the Startup tab. This shows all applications that are loaded during the computer startup process. Most entries will be identifiable but look for ones that reflect the error message. Disable it and restart the computer to see if the message is still shown.
Please feel free to contact us again shoud you need any further assistance.
