After disabling each component, try to run the windows experience evaluation test.
This is to check and confirm which component is the reason behind this.

yeah, i tried with no result. the only way is uninstalling AVG, runing test and after that, reinstalling.
it's annoying.

Now, if you uninstall AVG, you run the test without any problem.
It is annoying when you upgrade a VGA card or adding RAM modules and you want to see performance impact.
Once more, I hope and I know AVG people will find a fix for this.

PD: I have 2 images. One with AVG installed and another without AVG. In both cases, the test results. I couldn't upload captures because when I click the images icon, it does not let me browse my PC.
