Hello Mark, sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you please let me know which AVG product are you referring to and do you receive any error messages while you access your email?
I updated my AVG the other day to the new version and now my Windows Live Email will go into a halt mode over and over again. I'm running Windows 7. If I disable AVG the Windows Live runs good.
