Windows update failed. Office XP Service Pack 3 Download error - 0x80096004

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
Disable the AVG protection for temporarily and check if the Windows updates are working

Do you have any other security application installed in your PC other than AVG?

I haven't used my winter home PC for 6 months. After turning it on I attempted to update my Windows 11 , 64 bit along with everything else including all my AVG products. Everything went smoothly except for one item. I keep getting Download error - 0x80096004 Retry all for Office XP Service Pack 3 when performing Windows update. I've been trying to fix it for 2 days. No luck yet. Any ideas?

I also have AVG internet but I use microsoft edge.
