I bought a new computer (a year go) and did not re-install AVG - now Win 10 wants to do an update and won't because it says AVG needs to be updated or deleted - I have tried AVG clear and AVG uninstaller - still no good - when I search for avg on my drives all I see is a collection of "aspnet_perf2.ini" files in some language I don't understand

"I’ve successfully collected the data and now I’m going to escalate the case to our senior team, they’ll get back to you through your email, so I suggest you to check your email regularly."
