Yesterday AVG updated on both computers, but on the second computer there seems to be AVG Dahsboard which cant' start. The main problem is that part way through the download it locked out the wireless card and now I am unable to access the internet. When running the diagnostic tool, it says that there is an error on the network adaptor and the ethernet adaptor which can't be repaired. When checking the settings it shows everything is ok. Wireless networks are showing up at full strength. Is there a problem with the firewall in AVG?

If you are able to access it then please disable AVG antivirus temporarily as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-use-Passive-Mode and check whether you are able to connect wireless network.
