We understand that you are facing an issue with connecting printer when VPN protection enabled. We will certainly check and help you with it.
If you are using AVG Secure VPN for Windows, I request you enable 'Local Device Access' Settings by following below steps:
Open AVG Secure VPN and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings ▸General ▸Local Device Access ▸Enable local device access when using VPN.
You can use printer and shared drivers while using VPN, after enable this option.
If you are using AVG Secure VPN for Mac, I suggest you check the connected network is private network or public network. I suggest you try after changing the network into private.

Since I have installed VPN, the computer is not communicating with wireless printer.

Hi , Unfortunately I am having the same problem even after following the steps above.The printer is working fine for my partner's pc and I believe is correctly installed for my PC but shows when I trey to print as 'offline' . any thoughts ?
