How long does it take to clean browser data. First 3 steps registry, shortcuts and system logs are done in 2 min, but for browser data it seems to last for ever. Is the same problem as in posts above?

Hello Jim, I request you to update your AVG PC tune up and run the once click maintenance again. To install the updates manually, please follow the below steps.
1.Open AVG PC Tune Up.
2.In the top menu click Help & Support, and then click Check for Updates.
3.Follow the instructions to install new updates.
Everytime i click onto my 1 click maintenance it stops at clean up browser then just stops!
It is a trail version. Now i uistalled all of avg and installed it again. (However web tune up couldnt uninstall so i just delleted it)
I just started again maintence scaning again. It goes much slower but i hope it will pass the browser data.

Jim, Please follow these alternate steps to send us the diagnostic information.
Click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Diag.exe to download the file TuneUp_Diag.exe.
Open the downloaded file, and then click Continue. Allow a few moments for the tool to collect the diagnostic information.
When the message Output saved to desktop is shown, click OK to close the tool.
Find the diagnostic file on your Desktop. It's name is typically "tuneup_diag_[random_number].7z".
Please follow the steps in this article http://avgclick.me/uploadtoftpserver to send the output to us.
We will analyze the received diagnostic files and provide you with steps to resolve the issue.

We are sorry to hear that, we request you try reinstalling the AVG PC TuneUp after removing it using the AVG Remover http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to remove all old files of AVG. After that please reinstall it from Download Free Antivirus Software for PC | AVG Virus Protection , please check once again after installation completes, we would also like to inform you that the Maintenance Scan might take time depending upon the computer's present condition.

Hello Jim. Are you now able to open AVG PC Tuneup? Please note that you should close all your browser windows to perform browser cleanup. Please open your task manager and terminate your browser running process to close the browser running in the background.

Hello Jim. Have you now tried using "clean up browser" after reinstalling AVG PC TuneUp program?
Oh and sometimes I can't even open AVG!
