As per our record you have purchased our latest AVG Protection multi-device (2 years subscription) and it expires on 18th March 2018.
Please be informed that this multi-device program doesn't have any license number. Once this program is registered using the activation code it can be installed on unlimited devices and there is no need for registration for installing on each device.
Do you get a popup from AVG protection as "AVG LICENSE ERROR" repeatedly which asks for a license number or just trial expiry notices?
Could you please check on the AVG Zen interface whether the trial expiry is for Protection or is for the Performance?
I purchased a two year protection plan for my desktop computer that allows for an unlimited amount of devices to be added to the plan. I installed avg on my desktop and then downloaded the corresponding app to my phone and linked the two together then had my boyfriend download what he needed to download to get the program linked to his laptop. He could not get his information to link but the desktop and my phone did do so.
I did this two to three weeks ago and now my desktop is telling me that my free trial is almost up. I tried putting in the product key again to reregister it or Something but I get a message saying that the product key is already in use. This doesn't make sense since my account should be using the product key but doesn't recognize it.
What is happening and how can I fix it?
