I made a topic like 1 and a half months ago in which i asked for help with updating my free trials subscription because i typed a wrong email adress that does not exist.Because of this situation i could not stop the payment that was made today of 92.76$.No one answered my post and i can’t do anything about it. I am asking that someone help me with updating the email adress and stoping this subscription. I don’t even care about the refund i just want to stop that subscription because i don’t want to be charged every year.
Help a man out here guys
I also have not been successful in obtaining a cancelation of my subscription. What can i do?
i managed to get them to answer on facebook / X . Send them a private message.
contact your card or payment provider and notify them that you did not and do not wish to purchase these products and thus this is an unauthorised transaction. Take screenshots where possible. AVG are well aware of these issues and have been so for an extended period of time
