Wrong email so lost renewaL

Last night when tired I renewed the licence. I had a senior moment and gave an email address ending in .com when it should have been .co.uk  .  now can't access details - i did write down the renewal code while still on the web site but can't retrieve the official email. Can anyone help? Please
