Wrong version of AVG

I understand the inconvenience. From your account, I see that you have an active subscriptions of AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license and AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) valid until 10/7/2018. To activate AVG Internet Security, please follow below steps:

1. Please open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2- Then select 'Leave this network' option and confirm it by clicking on 'Leave' button.
3. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
4. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.

After connecting the AVG management console to your AVG My Account, your AVG Internet Security Unlimited will get activated in your PC. If you face any difficulties, please let me know.

I have AVG Internet Security but my computer shows only the free software. I think the change occurred during a windows 10 update. What do I do?
