Thank you all for the assistance, you've all been of tremendous help. I can access my website now and it loads fine.

AVG keeps blocking my website and I get this message: 'We've safely aborted connection on 5.153.47.242 because it was infected with URL: Mal'

I had problems with malware which was detected and quarantined by my hosting provider yet I can't access my website.

I have included the URL in the URL exception in settings but to no avail.

Please assist.
