Hi,

I have AVG Free on my laptop. I was suddenly billed $49.99 to my paypal account ba**********ls@gmail.com on April 2nd, 2018. I never authorized this. When I go into my AVG to try to figure it out it tells me I don't even have an account, now that is odd since I got billed, I would obviously have an account. I tried to retrieve my password using my 3 emails I have and it wouldn't work. Please help and I would like a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous to jump through these hoops just to try to get help.
