Wrongfully blacklisted

I received already an e-mail with the note that the problem has been resolved:

"Our virus specialists have been working on this problem and it has now been resolved. The detection of reported URL was removed in a recent AVG update, please wait at least 24 hours."

AVG blocks our website with message: 'We've safely aborted connection on www.giftoflife.nl because it was infected with URL:MAL'

We have had problems with malware end 2016, but this has been resolved months ago.

What to do to get whitelisted again?

I tried to post it on https://secure.avg.com/submit-sample, but that results in an error "you do not have permission to access..."

I tried to post it on https://www.avg.com/submit-sample (this gives an error "This site can't be reached")
