My internet and telephone bill is identified as a threat and I cannot download it. It is NOT a threat. I have opened the site many times. You reply that you will adjust your algorithms regarding this and I should try again in 24 hours but it still does not work. It is VERY frustrating for me, to say the least. PLEASE note this site is NOT a threat. Thank you. In general I am very pleased with your AntiVirus.

Thank you for raising this. Could you please share a screenshot of the detection dialog so I can check this further?
Or alternatively, at least the detection ID at the bottom of the detection dialog.

Thank you, it helped, and our team was able to locate the detection.
Based on the manual check, the detection was removed. The file is now marked as clean in the AVG virus database. This change may take up to 24 hours to take full effect. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience.
If the detection persists after 24 hours, please update the AVG virus database and try again.
