Www.bt.com/mybt blocked by AVG vpn

Using Firefox and MS Edge I cannot connect to bt.com/mybt.  If I disconnect AVG VPN I can.  Both browsers and the VPN are up to date.  Any thoughts

Hi Midhun,
Thanks fro the tips.  I tried Optimal, London P2P, Woderland and Glasgow which was the one I was using originally.  The fault only occurs when I am using Glasgow, so no more Glasgow.
