wow I have been reading threw the comments and I just want to say great job to the support team…im so glad to be apart of such a great product.i feel good to know if I ever have an issue you guys have my back… that's kool asf. sorry just the best way I could put it… 10 stars from me…damn and to think I was about to cancel because I had this for my HP and my 1 year old broke its…this time I got a Mac and for got I had a account until I just got a email that I was charged, when I did some research I seen that Mac need protection to and after reading all this I'm keeping it… thanks to everyone on here with your questions and answers…much respect … Elijah M
