AVG keeps sending E-mails that my AVG will expire in a few days so I followed instructions to renew by credit card but after giving info was told AVG 2015 was already installed. Will AVG cancel credit card charge??? License # 1MET4-X32KP-T39DN-A3CKE-3TBTX
This is 3rd time for this problem of getting expiration notices. Please HELP?

I got a credit card refund of both amounts so my case is solved, I think that  you need to post a new question under your own name stating the problem you've got, it probably calls their attention to a new problem, anyway I hope your problem is soon solved.

Having read the credit note you sent I notice that you have cancelled my order Number 1708733452 , which is the order that I made for a renewal licence on 25 August, that order was correctly placed and completed, the £40 which was taken in error was for an order created by you which should not have been made, can you please reinstate order Number 1708733452 as that order was correct and completed.
