I've been using "AVG Family Safety" for a couple of years.  I renewed three subscriptions last december. Now when I try to log in to make adjustments, I get "We're sorry, but your account is inactive." 
I've downloaded an installed the lastest version.  After rebooting I got a message window saying my installation was authenticated.  When I actually attempt to log in, I get the above error message.

Has anybody seen this problem before?
