I am not able to access pecos.cms.hhs.gov   see error message  This has not happened before?? How can I get in to this website??? Thank you

Thank you for contacting AVG Community Forum. I see you are facing issues with accessing the websites. I am sorry for the inconvenience. This is maybe due to website was blocked due to false-postive detections during scanning. Website can be added to exceptions from scanning. Set exceptions only if you know that the files and websites you want to exclude are safe. Refer the article to add the website to exceptions:
Excluding certain files or websites from scanning in Avast Antivirus and Avast One (https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/antivirus-scan-exclusions/#pc)
