Your full perfomance has expired, but my subscription is still valid

I have purchased AVG Performance multidevice (1 year subscription) on 8 8 2014 and now get the message "your full performance has expired" . I have used tuneup utility for years without problems because I alsways received an avtivation key. With this new productline that is not the case. What really annoys me highly is that the support team is not reachable by email it seems. What do I do?
