I have the same problem! This makes no sense.

I poked around and found a place where it finally asked for my avg account login information.  Once that was done, it eventually began to behave.  It is not intuitive or obvious.  And I suspect it's intentional based on the non-response by the AVG team.

Subject says it all.  I'm actually good until: AVG Performance PRO  Next billing date: September 10, 2016.  What the heck, guys.  I reloaded and still you won't recognize my money.  Fix it.  Please.
