Your Sim has been changed

Our AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I received an automated email from AVG that it had detected that my SIM on my mobile had changed and it gave me details of the old number and also the new number with details of how to lock my phone if it had been stolen.   I have the phone in my possession and verified that the SIM card was still "the old" one.  Can anyone explain why this message would be sent to me and if there is any action I should take.
