Hello. I paid order: 11431857272 from 13.12.2017 (Internet Security and TunelUp), buy in program it writes: "Срок действия пробной версии истекает через 13 дней" (The trial version will expire in 13 days). I tried re-log, but the inscription has not disappeared. Please. help me

Now then I opened AVG Zen the inscription disappeared. Thank you for help! =)

Andrew, I understand that you are unable to provide us with the screenshot. Please open AVG Zen, look for your email on the top right corner of the AVG Zen Window > click on your email address/connected > leave this network > wait for 2 minutes > click on connect button > login to an existing network > enter your AVG MyAccount credential. Your AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp will be activated automatically.
