Hello Samantha. For your dictionary boss issue, I would request you to go to this "c:\program files (x86)\dictionary boss" path on your C drive and delete the "Dictionary Boss" folder completely.
For your AVG Zen issue, I would request you to uninstall your current AVG program completely and then restart your PC once.

I have just reinstalled AVG onto my mom's computer. A warning about a few malware popped up and I had the system remove them. One in particular was Dictionary Boss. I restarted her computer, but now, whenever I open up the internet, a warning saying that it can't find "c:\program files (x86)\dictionary boss\bar\2.bin\appintegrator.exe" keeps poppong up mulitple times. Plus, the AVG Zen icon on the desktop will not open no matter how I try. I can access AVG Internet Security program by the little "hidden icons" feature on the desktop, but I still can't get to the Zen Dashboard. someone please help meβ¦
