Zen Internet security is suggesting a restart but doesnt allow it when restart button is clicked

Zen (in tune up) Internet security unlimited is suggesting a restart for all laptops but doesnt allow it when the restart button is clicked.

The Internet security package states everything is working, so to me it looks like a glitch in the system. Its been there for a few days now and hasn't cleared (which I thought it might do as AVG was updated). It occurred after windows 10 conducted an update.

This feature is no longer working.

If you see "Fully Protected" message from AVG Internet Security.

It means that the AVG protection is working fine on your computer.
