Zen not recofnising Ultimate account

I installed AVG Ultimate on one pc in my house without issue (running win 10), when it came to installing on my other pc (win 7) I encounted the following proble,
Using the same install package everything appeared to be normal until I input my account details so enable the PRO features. Nothing happened! It will only install the free version.
I have removed AVG several times using the AVG remove tool and still not luck. I have manuallt removed folders that were left over and have tried both REVO unistall and IOBIT uninstall tools too.
The licence that I bought is for multiple devices and I am at a loss on what to do now.
Any ideas gratefully recieved.
